Honey and chocolate buns: DG
These are great to make with kids. Quick and easy.
Makes 12 small buns (use a smaller tin than cupcake tin).
- 115g self-raising flour
- 115g butter
- 55g chocolate chips or chunks
- 2 eggs
- 115g honey
Preheat the oven to 180℃.
Beat the honey and butter together.
Add the eggs, flour and chocolate and mix.
Spoon into muffin cases and bake for 15-20 mins until golden.
Eaten and made after swimming and sprinkling with Laura and Vinnie and James from up the road.
