Spiced yoghurt sauce: Kitchen Memories by Lucy Boyd
Great with flattened, spicy lemon chicken, poached chicken or chicken with couscous.
- 150g Greek yoghurt
- Juice of ½ lemon
- ½ teaspoon cumin seeds
Crush the cumin seeds with a pinch of salt in a pestle and mortar.
Add the yoghurt and the juice of half a lemon and stir together, then place in a bowl.
