Blueberry compote: 26 Grains by Alex Hely-Hutchinson
- 250g blueberries
- 1 tab water
- 1 tab maple syrup
- squeeze of lemon juice
Place the blueberries, water, maple syrup and lemon juice into a small pan and allow to come to the boil. Once bubbling, take it off the heat and set aside.
Made as posy season kicked off.
