Green bean salad with tomatoes, peas and Mozzarella: DG
- Green beans
- Fresh peas, podded
- Cherry tomatoes
- Best olive oil
- ½ lemon – juice of
- Salt and pepper
Cook the beans until they don’t squeak when bent, then dry and immediately dress in oil and lemon, salt and pepper.
Chop tomatoes as you like and tear Mozzarella. Dress with salt, pepper, basil and olive oil. Let flavours mingle.
Mix beans, peas and tomatoes and Mozz. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
